Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-performance software solutions using modern technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, designers, and other engineers) to define and implement features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
- Optimize application performance and ensure scalability for high traffic scenarios.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement robust solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in software development with at least 2 years in a senior role.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, or Node.js.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated ability to obtain and maintain a work visa (H-1B, O-1, etc.) in the United States.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote or hybrid team environment.
