Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure including cloud platforms and network systems
- Provide Level 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and security incidents
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT security protocols and compliance measures
- Manage user access controls and directory services (Active Directory, Azure AD)
- Monitor system performance and optimize IT operations for maximum efficiency
- Document IT processes and create technical documentation for stakeholders
- Lead migration projects for cloud services and enterprise applications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure support or systems administration
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and virtualization technologies
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, cybersecurity best practices, and compliance frameworks
- Experience with scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, or Bash) for automation
- Valid work authorization in the US (visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates)
- CompTIA Network+ or AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification preferred
