Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable software solutions using modern programming languages (Java, Python, or Go).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers to define features and technical specifications.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex system issues and optimize application performance to ensure 99.99% uptime.
- Participate in agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) to drive project delivery.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proven experience working with multinational teams and a demonstrated history of obtaining and maintaining work visas.
- Strong proficiency in at least two major programming languages and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
