Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure software applications using modern technologies.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to define feature requirements and technical architecture.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, conducting thorough code reviews and unit testing.
- Troubleshoot complex system issues, debug code, and implement effective performance optimizations.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to drive project delivery.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the team's technical growth and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack software development.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
- Ability to obtain and maintain required visa sponsorship documentation (H1-B, O-1, etc.) for employment in the United States.
