Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance software applications.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Participate in code reviews, ensuring best practices, code quality, and security standards.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and growth.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in Python, JavaScript, or Java.
- Identify and resolve complex technical issues and system bottlenecks.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and infrastructure improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in at least two modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Eligibility to work in the United States or willingness to sponsor a work visa.
