Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-performance web applications using React and Node.js.
- Architect scalable solutions and ensure code quality through rigorous testing and code reviews.
- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical documentation.
- Optimize application performance and implement security best practices.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and daily stand-ups.
- Translate complex requirements into clean, efficient code.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Strong backend skills with Node.js, Express, or Python.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, remote-friendly team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
