Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable cloud-native applications using AWS/Azure
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical guidance
- Lead architectural decisions and technology stack evolution
- Collaborate with global teams via agile methodologies and Jira
- Optimize system performance and implement CI/CD pipelines
- Contribute to open-source projects and technical documentation
- Participate in cross-functional sprint planning and retrospectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in backend development (Java/Python)
- Expertise in microservices architecture and containerization (Docker/K8s)
- Strong grasp of RESTful APIs and event-driven systems
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade software
- Excellent English communication skills
- Authorized to work in the US (visa sponsorship available)
- Experience with remote work tools (Slack, Zoom, GitHub)
