Responsibilities
- Manage and troubleshoot hardware/software systems across 150+ workstations
- Deploy and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) with 99.9% uptime
- Implement cybersecurity protocols including endpoint protection and network monitoring
- Provide Level 2-3 technical support via ticketing systems and remote sessions
- Document SOPs and create knowledge base articles for team scalability
- Collaborate with DevOps on CI/CD pipeline optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or 5+ years equivalent experience
- CompTIA Security+ and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certifications
- Expertise in Windows Server 2019+ and Active Directory
- Experience with enterprise-level networking (Cisco/Juniper)
- Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell/Python) for automation
- Strong problem-solving skills with SLA-driven mindset
