Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions using modern technologies.
- Lead code reviews and contribute to architectural decisions for high-impact projects.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define feature requirements.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of technical best practices and knowledge sharing.
- Debug complex issues and optimize application performance to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a relevant field.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or another modern programming language.
- Experience with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) and back-end architectures.
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote-first hybrid environment.
- Willingness and ability to relocate to Dallas, TX.
