Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and chat for internal and external clients
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues including desktops, mobile devices, and cloud applications
- Document all interactions and resolutions in our ticketing system
- Collaborate with senior engineers to escalate complex technical challenges
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support (rotating schedule)
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and training materials
- Assist with IT asset management and inventory tracking
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; tech certifications (CompTIA A+, Google IT Support) preferred but not required
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service mindset
- Basic familiarity with Windows/macOS operating systems
- Willingness to learn cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Valid driver's license required for occasional site visits
- Must be open to relocation to Anchorage, AK
