Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable software solutions for aerospace systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on agile development cycles
- Implement security protocols for defense applications
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers
- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex issues
- Contribute to technical documentation and architectural planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (MS preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in C++/Python development
- Strong background in real-time systems and embedded programming
- Active DoD clearance or ability to obtain one
- Experience with Linux/RTOS and aerospace standards (DO-178C)
- Proven problem-solving skills with complex systems
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
