Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices architecture using Java/Spring Boot
- Lead cloud migration projects on AWS with CI/CD pipelines
- Mentor 3+ junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex production issues
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Contribute to DevOps automation using Terraform and Docker
- Participate in agile ceremonies and drive technical roadmap planning
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with Java and Python
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization technologies
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices patterns
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience leading technical projects and mentoring developers
- Proficiency with testing frameworks (JUnit, PyTest) and TDD practices
