Responsibilities
- Lead Development: Architect and implement high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern technologies.
- Code Review: Conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure best practices, security, and performance across the team.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide junior developers and conduct technical training sessions to foster a culture of excellence.

Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, and SQL.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
