Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable, high-performance software solutions for our core automotive platforms.
- Lead the architecture and implementation of complex backend systems using modern cloud technologies.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and mentor junior engineers to ensure code quality and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, and Operations) to define feature requirements.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from design and prototyping to maintenance and scaling.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development with a strong focus on backend technologies (Java, Python, or C++).
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong proficiency in database management systems (SQL and NoSQL).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and a track record of delivering projects on tight deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
