The Role
As a Software Engineer Trainee, you will work alongside senior developers to design, develop, and test software solutions. This role is designed for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and professional industry standards.

Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain high-quality software code for web and mobile applications.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis and design.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Debug and resolve technical issues reported by users or identified during testing.
- Document code, processes, and technical specifications for future reference.
- Attend daily stand-ups and weekly team meetings to track progress.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Must be eligible for the J1 Trainee Visa program (no prior US work experience required).
- Proficiency in English with a C1 level or higher (verifiable via IELTS or TOEFL).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Valid passport and travel documents ready.
