Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable backend systems using Java/Spring Boot
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical workshops
- Optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS/GCP for 99.9% uptime
- Lead agile sprints and drive CI/CD pipeline improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, UX, DevOps)
- Document technical specifications and maintain API documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years experience in backend development with Java
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and microservices
- Strong problem-solving skills with system architecture experience
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
