Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain robust IT infrastructure including cloud systems, networks, and security protocols
- Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical issues across enterprise systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop IT strategies aligned with business objectives
- Manage cybersecurity initiatives including threat detection, risk assessment, and compliance
- Mentor junior IT staff and conduct technology training sessions
- Oversee system upgrades, migrations, and vendor management
- Document technical processes and create comprehensive system documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of progressive IT experience with infrastructure and security focus
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and virtualization technologies
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, cybersecurity frameworks, and compliance standards
- Certifications (CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CCNP, or equivalent) highly desirable
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to work under pressure
- Valid US work authorization or visa sponsorship eligibility
- Strong communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
