Role Overview:

Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement scalable software solutions using modern technologies.
- System Maintenance: Monitor system performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Security Compliance: Enforce security best practices and conduct regular code reviews to mitigate vulnerabilities.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimization: Continuously improve application performance and scalability to support business growth.
- Mentorship: Guide junior team members and contribute to a culture of technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software engineering or IT infrastructure.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#, and familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Database Skills: Strong understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases and data modeling.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Authorization: Ability to obtain and maintain valid work authorization in the United States.
