Responsibilities
- Design scalable microservices using Java/Spring Boot and AWS cloud infrastructure
- Mentor junior engineers through our cross-cultural pairing program
- Lead agile sprints with distributed teams across 3 continents
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks
- Optimize API performance for 10M+ daily transactions
- Contribute to open-source projects with our global engineering network
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in backend development with Java/Kotlin
- Expertise in cloud-native architecture (AWS/GCP)
- Proven experience mentoring international teams
- Strong English communication skills (written/spoken)
- Experience with agile methodologies and JIRA
- Portfolio demonstrating complex system design
