Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices using AWS and Kubernetes
- Lead agile development cycles with cross-functional teams across 3+ time zones
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews focused on quality and inclusivity
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Optimize system performance and implement CI/CD best practices
- Document architecture decisions and contribute to our global knowledge base
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Java/Python and cloud infrastructure
- Proven track record in distributed systems and microservices architecture
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent international qualifications
- Strong English communication skills with cross-cultural collaboration experience
- Certification in AWS or Azure (preferred but not required)
- Experience working in multinational teams with visa sponsorship processes
