Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Collaborate with the design team to translate wireframes and mockups into high-quality, responsive code.
- Frontend Implementation: Implement pixel-perfect, visually polished user interfaces using modern HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Backend Integration: Work with backend developers to integrate RESTful APIs and ensure seamless data flow.
- Performance Optimization: Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability across various devices and browsers.
- Code Review: Participate in code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality and share best practices.
- Debugging & Testing: Identify, isolate, and fix bugs in code, ensuring a smooth user experience.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: Proven experience in web development, including at least 2 years of experience with front-end technologies.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and React.js or Vue.js.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Relocation: Willingness to relocate to Fort Wayne, IN, as part of our relocation program.
