Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions using Java and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure)
- Lead cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments to deliver high-impact projects
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical guidance
- Optimize system performance and implement CI/CD best practices
- Collaborate with product stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in software development with Java/Spring
