Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Lead code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior developers and team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers to define product requirements and technical architecture.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring high availability and low latency.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes.
- Identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues, ensuring robust system stability.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and drive technical best practices across the organization.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript (React or Node.js preferred).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Deep understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
