Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices using AWS/Azure and container orchestration
- Lead code reviews and optimize CI/CD pipelines for 99.9% uptime
- Mentor 3+ junior engineers through pair programming and architecture planning
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Contribute to open-source projects and patent-pending fintech innovations
- Conduct A/B testing on payment processing algorithms
- Ensure PCI-DSS compliance across all payment systems
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Java/Python with Spring Boot/Django frameworks
- Expertise in distributed systems and event-driven architecture
- AWS/Azure certification with hands-on S3, Lambda, and Kubernetes experience
- Proven track record of building high-throughput financial APIs
- Strong background in testing strategies (unit, integration, load testing)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills with system design experience
