Responsibilities
- Develop and execute personalized relocation plans for inbound corporate transferees to Honolulu
- Coordinate temporary housing, permanent home searches, and lease negotiations
- Facilitate school enrollment, visa processing, and community resource referrals
- Manage relocation budgets and expense reporting for assigned cases
- Build and maintain relationships with local service providers (real estate, movers, schools)
- Conduct cultural orientation sessions to ease transition to Hawaiian lifestyle
- Track relocation metrics and continuously improve service delivery
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of corporate relocation experience with complex domestic/international moves
- Deep knowledge of Honolulu housing market, school districts, and community resources
- Proven ability to manage multiple relocation cases simultaneously
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in relocation management software (e.g., ReloQuest, TRC Global)
- Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation preferred
- Valid Hawaii driver's license and reliable transportation
