Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end relocation processes for corporate transferees and military families
- Coordinate housing searches, school enrollment, and community integration services
- Develop customized relocation plans with budgets up to $50K per assignment
- Leverage vendor networks for moving services, temporary housing, and cultural orientation
- Utilize CRM systems to track client progress and satisfaction metrics
- Collaborate with HR departments to align relocation policies with corporate goals
- Conduct pre-move consultations and post-move follow-ups
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in relocation coordination or client services
- Proven ability to manage complex logistics within tight deadlines
- Exceptional communication skills with multicultural sensitivity
- Certification in Global Mobility or Relocation preferred
- Proficiency in relocation software (e.g., ReloTracker, TRC)
- Valid Ohio driver's license and reliable transportation
