Responsibilities
- Design comprehensive relocation packages including housing, visa support, and cultural integration for international and domestic transferees
- Coordinate with real estate partners, moving companies, and local service providers to ensure flawless execution
- Manage relocation budgets exceeding $250K annually with meticulous financial tracking
- Provide 24/7 emergency support and crisis management during relocation transitions
- Develop innovative relocation strategies to enhance employee satisfaction metrics
- Train junior specialists on relocation protocols and compliance requirements
Qualifications
- 5+ years of corporate relocation experience with at least 2 years in Southern California
- Proven expertise in managing international relocations including visa processing and household goods shipping
- Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation preferred
- Exceptional negotiation skills with real estate and service providers in Orange County
- Advanced proficiency in relocation management software (e.g., ReloTracker, Cartus)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Fluency in English and Spanish required; Mandarin proficiency highly valued
