Responsibilities
- Design and execute customized relocation packages for incoming executives and technical professionals
- Coordinate with real estate agents, moving companies, and service providers
- Manage relocation budgets and expense reimbursements
- Provide cultural orientation and community integration resources
- Track relocation metrics and optimize program efficiency
- Collaborate with HR on onboarding processes for relocated talent
- Develop relocation policies aligned with industry best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of corporate relocation or HR coordination experience
- Proven success managing complex relocation packages
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Strong knowledge of Raleigh-Durham housing market and community resources
- Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation preferred
- Experience with relocation management software (e.g., ReloQuest, TRC Global)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional evenings/weekends
