Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end relocation packages for executive transfers across 50+ countries
- Manage vendor partnerships with moving companies, real estate agents, and temporary housing providers
- Develop customized relocation plans addressing tax implications, cultural adaptation, and school transitions
- Act as primary point of contact for relocating employees throughout the entire transition process
- Analyze relocation program effectiveness and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain compliance with international relocation laws and corporate policies
- Train junior relocation specialists on best practices and industry regulations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of corporate relocation experience with international transfer coordination
- Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation required
- Expertise in managing complex relocation budgets exceeding $500K annually
- Proficiency in relocation management software (e.g., ReloQuest, TRC Global)
- Exceptional problem-solving skills for addressing unexpected relocation challenges
- Strong negotiation abilities with relocation service providers
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Fluency in English with Spanish language skills highly preferred
