Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive relocation packages for corporate clients
- Coordinate logistics for household goods transportation and temporary housing
- Manage relocation budgets and expense reporting for high-volume moves
- Provide personalized support to relocating employees and families
- Build and maintain relationships with vendor networks in Charlotte metro
- Track and optimize relocation KPIs using proprietary CRM systems
- Train junior specialists on relocation best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years in corporate relocation or logistics coordination
- Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation preferred
- Proven experience managing international and domestic relocation programs
- Expert knowledge of Charlotte housing market and school districts
- Advanced proficiency in relocation software (e.g., ReloQuest, TRS)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field
