As a Senior Product Manager in our Washington DC office, you will own the product vision, strategy, and execution for our flagship SaaS platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and subject matter experts to deliver high-quality software that meets rigorous compliance standards while delighting end-users.

Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Vision: Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap in alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for executive stakeholders and clients, translating complex requirements into actionable product specifications.
- Agile Leadership: Lead agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups to ensure delivery velocity and team cohesion.
- Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis and user research to identify market trends and opportunities for product differentiation.
- Requirements Gathering: Gather and prioritize business requirements, working closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive user experiences.
- Performance Analytics: Monitor product metrics and KPIs to measure success and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Roadmap Execution: Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of features and bug fixes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Product Management, specifically within the government, defense, or enterprise software sector.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC), APIs, and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure).
- Agile Certification: PMP, CSPO, or SAFe certification is highly desirable.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex business problems through innovative product solutions.
- Location: Must be willing to work in our Washington DC office (Hybrid model).
