Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.
- Assist in the setup of new employee workstations and network access.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on larger projects.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic operating systems (Windows 10/11, macOS).
