Responsibilities
- Define product roadmap and vision through market research and stakeholder collaboration
- Lead agile development cycles with distributed engineering teams across 15+ countries
- Translate complex user requirements into actionable product specifications
- Conduct data-driven analysis using SQL, Amplitude, and Looker to inform decisions
- Collaborate with UX designers to create intuitive user experiences
- Present product strategy to executive leadership and investors
- Mentor junior PMs through our structured growth program
Qualifications
- 5+ years in product management with SaaS or fintech experience
- Proven track record launching B2B products serving global markets
- Expertise in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and JIRA
- Strong analytical skills with data interpretation experience
- Exceptional cross-cultural communication abilities
- Experience with remote team leadership tools (Miro, Slack, Notion)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
