Responsibilities
- Collaborate on full-stack development projects using React, Node.js, and AWS
- Participate in Agile sprints and contribute to sprint planning sessions
- Analyze and optimize existing codebase for performance improvements
- Conduct user experience research and implement design enhancements
- Document technical specifications and create API documentation
- Mentor junior interns and present project findings to stakeholders
- Attend industry conferences and tech meetups on company dime
Qualifications
- Current enrollment in Bachelor's or Master's program in Computer Science or related field
- Valid J1 Visa sponsorship eligibility (US government requirements apply)
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern web frameworks
- Strong problem-solving skills with algorithmic thinking
- Fluent written and spoken English (IELTS 7.0+ or equivalent)
- Previous internship or academic project experience in software development
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ full-stack projects
