As a Trainee, you will work alongside industry experts, shadowing senior staff and contributing to meaningful projects that drive our business forward.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain company-provided equipment and machinery in a safe and efficient manner.
- Assist senior technicians and engineers in daily operations and project workflows.
- Participate in training sessions to understand industry standards and safety protocols.
- Document daily activities, technical data, and progress reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions.
- Adhere to all company policies, including cultural exchange program regulations.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program or have graduated within the last 12 months.
- Must be eligible for or willing to obtain a J1 Trainee Visa.
- Demonstrated proficiency in English (reading, writing, and verbal).

- Ability to work full-time hours (40 hours per week).
- Willingness to relocate to Tampa, Florida for the duration of the program.
