Responsibilities
- Assist senior engineers and developers in the design and implementation of scalable software solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Conduct market research and data analysis to identify trends and optimize operational processes.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Create technical documentation, API specifications, and user manuals to ensure knowledge transfer.
- Maintain and troubleshoot existing systems to ensure maximum uptime and performance.
Qualifications
- Must be a J1 Visa holder or eligible to obtain a J1 Trainee visa.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD program in a relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Finance), or graduated within the last 12 months.
- Proficient in English (C1 level or higher) for effective communication with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical aptitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a diverse team.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for team meetings.
