What You Will Do:
- Lead Strategy: Own the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and marketing to deliver high-impact features.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize analytics to identify user pain points and prioritize the product backlog effectively.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep dives into competitor landscapes to uncover innovation opportunities.
- Launch Excellence: Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to post-launch review.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Experience: 5+ years in Product Management within a B2B or SaaS environment.
- Skills: Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira or Confluence.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights.
- Adaptability: A growth mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Bonus Points For: Experience with mobile app development and a passion for sustainability (Portland is the greenest city in the US!).
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to internal stakeholders and customers.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and product gaps.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality, user-centric products.
- Drive the product lifecycle from concept through launch, ensuring successful market adoption.
- Analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) to measure product success and iterate on features accordingly.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in a B2B or B2C SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of leading product launches and managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to make informed product decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Aha!).
