Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy predictive models using Python, R, and SQL to solve critical business challenges
- Lead end-to-end data science projects from hypothesis to implementation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate findings into executive-level insights
- Maintain and optimize data pipelines using AWS and cloud technologies
- Present technical findings to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data science with proven portfolio of ML deployments
- Expertise in statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and data visualization
- Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Master's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience with A/B testing and experimental design methodologies
