Your Role
As the Senior Product Manager for the 2026 Roadmap, you will act as the bridge between our engineering teams, stakeholders, and customers. You will own the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with our broader business goals.
Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the creation of the long-term product strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals and market trends.
- Roadmap Management: Prioritize features and initiatives for the 2026 release cycle, balancing technical debt with innovation.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and executive leadership to ensure buy-in and clear communication.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize analytics and market research to validate hypotheses and guide product direction.
- Product Lifecycle: Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept and design to launch and post-launch analysis.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop launch plans that drive user adoption and maximize revenue impact.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior product managers and foster a culture of agile and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least 2 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining and executing product roadmaps for major releases.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC), agile methodologies, and modern tech stacks.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear product requirements.
- Location: Must be willing to work from our Austin, TX office 2-3 days a week.
