Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy predictive models to solve complex business challenges
- Lead end-to-end data science projects from hypothesis to implementation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into actionable strategies
- Design and maintain scalable data pipelines using cloud technologies (AWS/GCP)
- Mentor junior data scientists and foster a culture of innovation
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling visualizations
- Stay current with emerging AI/ML techniques and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data science or analytics roles
- Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL with experience in ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Strong statistical modeling and experimental design skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI) or Databricks
