Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain company IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and cloud systems
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for employees across all departments
- Implement cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive data and systems
- Collaborate with development teams on software integration and deployment
- Document IT processes and create system documentation for team reference
- Monitor system performance and recommend optimizations
- Lead IT projects from conception to completion
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity best practices
- Experience with network administration and virtualization technologies
- Valid work authorization requiring visa sponsorship (H1B, O1, etc.)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification preferred
