Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive operations experience with 3+ years in leadership
- Proven track record optimizing supply chains in tech/manufacturing
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and process automation tools
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and data visualization
- Lean Six Sigma certification (Black Belt preferred)
- Exceptional project management skills with PMP certification
