Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the office, including reception, mail services, and facility management.
- Manage office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors for equipment maintenance and services.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and presentations for executive leadership.
- Coordinate company events, onsite lunches, and employee engagement activities.
- Maintain and organize personnel files and HR documentation in compliance with company policy.
- Act as the primary point of contact for vendors and visitors, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an administrative or office management role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High school diploma required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration is preferred.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
