- Oversee all office operations including facilities management, vendor contracts, and inventory control
- Manage administrative staff and coordinate cross-departmental projects
- Develop and maintain office budgets, expense reports, and procurement processes
- Plan company events, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Implement and optimize office policies and procedures
- Coordinate IT support and equipment maintenance
- Act as primary liaison for building management and security services
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 5+ years of progressive office management experience
