Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations including facilities management, vendor relationships, and supply chain logistics
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate complex travel arrangements, and serve as primary liaison for C-suite communication
- Develop and implement administrative policies ensuring compliance with OSHA and ADA regulations
- Lead budget planning and expense tracking for office operations, achieving 15% annual cost reduction targets
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects including event planning, onboarding programs, and facility upgrades
- Maintain digital and physical records management systems with 99.9% accuracy
- Lead crisis management protocols for office emergencies and business continuity
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years progressive office management experience in corporate or hybrid environments
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, G Suite, and facility management software
- Proven budget management experience with $500K+ operational budgets
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification strongly preferred
- Exceptional vendor negotiation skills with demonstrated cost-saving initiatives
- Expertise in developing and implementing workplace safety protocols
- Ability to maintain confidentiality while managing sensitive executive communications
- Experience with hybrid team coordination and remote work infrastructure
