Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations including facilities management, supply inventory, and equipment maintenance
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate complex travel arrangements, and handle confidential correspondence
- Lead cross-departmental projects including event planning, onboarding processes, and vendor negotiations
- Implement and optimize office procedures to enhance productivity and cost-efficiency
- Supplement administrative team and serve as primary contact for facility-related inquiries
- Manage office budget, process invoices, and coordinate with accounting for financial reporting
Qualifications
- 5+ years progressive office management experience in professional services or tech environments
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software (e.g., Asana, QuickBooks)
- Proven vendor management experience with ability to negotiate contracts and maintain supplier relationships
- Exceptional organizational skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize competing demands
- Strong financial acumen with budget management experience
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills with ability to interact with all organizational levels
- Associates degree in Business Administration or related field required (Bachelor's preferred)
