Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations including facilities management, procurement, and inventory control
- Manage administrative staff and coordinate cross-functional projects
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures for efficiency
- Handle vendor negotiations and contract management for office services
- Organize company events and ensure seamless meeting logistics
- Monitor office budgets and expense reporting processes
- Support HR initiatives including onboarding and employee engagement
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive office management experience in tech companies
- Proven expertise in budgeting, procurement, and vendor management
- Strong knowledge of office administration systems (e.g., Microsoft 365, Asana)
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Experience managing hybrid teams and remote work policies
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
