Responsibilities
- Oversee all office administration, including facilities management, supply chain coordination, and vendor relationships
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate complex travel arrangements, and prepare confidential documents
- Lead HR functions including onboarding, benefits administration, and performance tracking
- Develop and implement office procedures to enhance operational efficiency
- Supervise administrative staff and conduct regular performance evaluations
- Manage office budget, expense reports, and procurement processes
- Serve as primary liaison between departments and senior leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of progressive office management experience in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and expense control
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to manage diverse stakeholders
