Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations, including facility maintenance, supply chain management, and vendor coordination
- Manage administrative staff and optimize workflows for maximum efficiency
- Develop and implement office procedures, protocols, and sustainability initiatives
- Coordinate complex logistics including travel arrangements, event planning, and executive support
- Manage office budget, expense reporting, and procurement processes
- Serve as primary liaison for building management and IT support teams
- Lead onboarding process for new hires and ensure smooth integration
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years progressive office management experience in professional services
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
- Proven budget management and procurement experience
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution abilities
- Experience managing hybrid/remote work environments
- Knowledge of Detroit commercial real estate market preferred
