Responsibilities
- Oversee all office operations including facilities management, security protocols, and vendor relationships
- Manage administrative budget, procurement processes, and inventory control
- Coordinate executive travel arrangements and complex calendar management
- Lead onboarding programs and employee engagement initiatives
- Develop and implement office policies and emergency procedures
- Supervise administrative staff and provide performance guidance
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects and events
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and ADA regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field required
- Minimum 5+ years progressive office management experience
- Expertise in Microsoft 365 and office management software (e.g., Asana, Slack)
- Proven budget management and vendor negotiation skills
- Strong HR knowledge including recruitment and compliance
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Project management certification (PMP) preferred
- Experience in high-growth tech/startup environment
